Finding a flexible solution

The Story

Scottish Water were looking for a way to reward all members of staff (4700) at Christmas. They wanted something that they could easily distribute to suit staff from a wide range of demographics.

VEX Rewards allowed Scottish Water to distribute a Digital eGift Card link, in bulk, to all of their staff members. Staff members were then able to choose their own branded eGift from an extensive range of Gift Cards.

The Benefits to Scottish Water

Due to the success of its initial seasonal gifting assignment, Scottish Water extended use of the Vex Rewards platform to issue long service awards, staff recognition and ad-hoc gifting. .

The Story

Magazines Direct first contacted Voucher Express as they were looking for a provider for their seasonal gifting. Once they had sight of our range of products, talks turned to their Customer Acquisition Scheme.

The main draw was the variety of voucher options available, from some of the more popular brands through to the specialist products such as the VEX Supermarket Gift Card. The VEX Rewards platform also allowed Magazines Direct to self-serve and manage the eGift Card despatch themselves.

Reducing barriers to participation

The Story

To meet its large-scale recruitment goals, Our Future Health needed to address a major challenge: reducing barriers to joining the programme, particularly for people who have previously been under-represented in health research. the task: Recruiting 5 million volunteers who reflect the diversity of the UK population

To help reduce some of the barriers to participation, Our Future Health partnered with Voucher Express to offer volunteers a voucher to recognise the time and effort of volunteering. Volunteers are offered a £10 multi-option gift card upon completion of the joining process to recognise the time and effort of taking part.
